Meet the Studio

ASHLEY LOHR

For over a decade, Ashley has been on a mission to transform the interior design industry. Ashley’s impressive portfolio showcases her versatility, from sprawling new builds to large-scale multifamily developments in a range of aesthetics. She draws her inspiration from her love of traveling and fashion.

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Arizona State University and an AAS Degree in Interior Design. She is known for her meticulous organizational skills and proficiency in drawing & rendering programs including AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop. The blending of her technical skill set and educated eye for design trends is conveyed through her work.

As the leader of a top-rated, full service interior design studio in Scottsdale and Orange County, she has successfully completed several turn-key projects over her professional career and her work has been recognized & published.

DESIGN PROCESS

  • In this initial phase all the information needed will be gathered to start your project in relation to function, aesthetics and budget.

  • Materials are sourced and samples are ordered. You will then be presented with the design concepts along with tactile samples. Conceptual drawings including a floor plan, elevations, and design boards are created for your space.

  • After you are presented with the schematic design concepts, any fine tuning of the design will be completed for final approval. 3D renderings and showroom visits can be done in this phase.

  • After design is approved, final CAD drawings are provided along with a complete finish schedule of materials for project that you can provide to your contractor.

  • Furnishings are ordered in tandem with construction schedule for a complete turn key install.
